Bringing Governance Closer to Citizens

The “Administration at Your Doorstep” initiative led by Sameer Shafi Pathan was launched with a simple goal — to eliminate the difficulties citizens face while accessing essential government services and to ensure that administration reaches people directly, with dignity and ease.

Senior Citizens

For elderly residents, repeated visits to government offices can be physically exhausting and stressful. Through this initiative, senior citizens were able to receive services such as Senior Citizen Cards right at their doorstep — without delays, obstacles, or unnecessary procedures.

Women & Families (Ration and Aadhaar Services)

In Kondhwa Khurd and Kausar Bagh, over 1,800 ration cards were processed through this initiative. New ration cards, updates, Aadhaar card registrations, and corrections were all completed at a single location — making essential documentation accessible and hassle-free for families.

Youth & Ayushman Bharat Beneficiaries

Many citizens were unaware that the Ayushman Bharat scheme provides up to ₹5 lakh of free medical treatment. Through awareness, guidance, and on-the-spot application support, thousands of residents were helped to obtain their Ayushman Bharat cards and access healthcare benefits.

Workers & Common Citizens (Essential Documents)

For many working citizens, documents such as PAN cards, Voter IDs, and Smart Cards once felt out of reach. Through the Administration at Your Doorstep program, these essential documents were made available locally — enabling citizens to access government schemes and exercise their rights.

Women Empowerment (Ladki Bahin Yojana)

Under the Ladki Bahin Yojana, many women were unable to receive benefits due to incomplete KYC. Sameer Shafi Pathan’s team ensured KYC completion and proper documentation, allowing eligible women to receive direct benefits from the scheme.

Awareness Beyond Documentation

This initiative was not limited to form filling. It focused equally on public awareness, ensuring that citizens understood government schemes and their entitlements. Residents were informed that services such as Aadhaar, ration cards, and Ayushman Bharat are not favors, but rights.

A Commitment for the Future

Sameer Shafi Pathan has committed that after securing victory from Ward No. 19, a 24×7 permanent “Administration at Your Doorstep” center will be established.
This center will provide continuous access to services including Aadhaar, ration cards, PAN cards, Ayushman Bharat, and other government schemes — eliminating the need for citizens to visit multiple offices.
